The employees are fantastic friendly and amiable. The location is ideal and excellent, close to everything. And it's really close to shops, restaurants, markets, cinema, pubs and beach and the cafe over the road. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is fabulous!

The accommodation was cheerful with very very helpful staff. The overall atmosphere was quiet, however some staff members were miserable. It had good and absolutely perfect location just next door to restaurants, beach & bars, and main pubs clubs. Spent a nice evening at Market Tavern, located near the venue.

The hotel was in an excellent location so close to shop for a couple of euros, all the attractions of the Levante side of town, and all the bars and restaurants. Came in Benidorm to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was excellent place for doing it. We had the twin room which was huge and budget with large balcony. The staff was pleasant and amazingly nice, wanted to make our stay good. The location was marvellous - just next door to Benidorm Palace and shop for a couple of euros. Besides, this venue was located 3 km away from a huge outdoor water park.
The bathroom was old.
